“Why Are People The Way They Are?”

From my earliest memories, I have been preoccupied with figuring humans out. I even achieved my Masters and Doctorate with the leading question as to why people are the way they are. Stacks of notebooks, a flooding library, and many years of education and research later, my curiosity of the human condition and what makes people be and become who they are continues.

My struggles through school forced me to adapt and develop skills that helped me navigate the system and people, leading me to fall in love with human-centered entrepreneurship. I found my niche in helping others clarify their business ideas through strategizing concepts, designing solutions, and creating their mission, vision, and identity.

The Pedagogical Refinery, a research hub and think tank for all things human, and The SidniBidni Creative, a visual representation and expression for human-centered learning, are the left-side and right-side of my brain, respectively. My inevitable goal is to uncover the variety of ways we as humans continue to learn more stuff and stay curious.
