“Why Are People The Way They Are?”
I have always been fascinated by people—their thoughts, behaviors, and growth. My personal journey through education brought many struggles, which provided me with inevitable opportunities to develop creative ways to learn and overcome obstacles, ultimately shaping my strategic and innovative approaches to problem-solving within the constraints of standards, compliance, and limitations.
I founded The Pedagogical Refinery with a clear mission: to help individuals and organizations bring their ideas to life with what they have in their own way. I thrive on helping clients visualize their goals and then break those big ideas down into realistic, actionable steps. My approach is grounded in leveraging the unique strengths and resources of each client, ensuring that their path to success is not only achievable, but sustainable.
Combining entrepreneurial processes with educational practices, I work closely with all clients to help them leverage their assets and work toward their vision. Whether working with individuals on personal growth or institutions on larger goals and strategic plans, my passion lies in supporting others as they navigate their journey to success—one realistic step at a time.
The Pedagogical Refinery, a research hub and think tank for all things human, and The SidniBidni Creative, a visual representation and expression for human-centered learning, are the left-side and right-side of my brain, respectively. My inevitable goal is to uncover the variety of ways we as humans continue to learn, create, and stay curious.
